Things It Helps to Learn Before You Grow Up

Adults may seem like they know everything and can do everything on their own. But the truth is, adults do a lot of research too. I ask people. If I make a mistake, I will correct it. What it's good to know before you become an adult is that "people who can do everything on their own aren't necessarily strong."

Some strengths become especially useful if you start building them before adulthood.

Relying on someone is not cheating

For example, when you're programming and the screen doesn't work, you may show the error to your teacher or friend. People who can tell others that they have "made it this far" or "stopped here" are better at receiving help. This is very useful even as an adult.

The ability to investigate will become a tool for the future.

In the future world, it will be more important to research, confirm, and use when needed than to memorize all the answers. Instead of immediately believing the information you find on your smartphone, look at other pages. Instead of just giving the AI's answer, put it in your own words. These small habits will help you in the future.

What you can do today
Choose one thing you don't understand, and divide it into three parts: "What I thought about myself," "What I researched," and "What I would like to ask someone about." Make notes.

At Digital Kodomo BASE, you can practice researching, listening, and experimenting while using computers and AI. If you learn to use these three things little by little before you become an adult, you will be able to do more.
