Digital Kodomo BASE is a community space where children can safely enjoy learning and play.
Beyond supporting children facing difficult circumstances, we provide opportunities to experience and learn
cutting-edge digital skills such as programming, video editing, and AI tools.
Our focus is on expanding children's possibilities through digital technology.
As society rapidly digitalizes, many children lack access to PCs and high-speed internet due to economic inequality.
We aim to be a place where anyone can access the latest technology and feel at home — regardless of their background.
Kids can experience 3D games and AI chat tools on the latest gaming PCs and laptops.
We also regularly hold mini-courses on programming and video editing, with support for beginners of all levels.
Children naturally develop creativity — wanting to build apps, make videos, and more.
Especially popular are our high-end PCs equipped with the latest NVIDIA graphics cards.
With no lag on heavy 3D games and creative software, kids can enjoy making things and gaming in a
truly professional environment.
Enjoying "creating" and "playing" at the same time is another highlight of Digital Kodomo BASE.
In our "Digital Kodomo PC Building Club," children select parts, assemble them, wire everything up,
and understand how it all works — then play the latest games on the PC they built.
We also have ongoing projects posting videos, illustrations, and 3D artwork to YouTube and SNS.
Kids collaborate, sharing ideas like "what if we did this instead?"
— naturally developing teamwork and communication skills along the way.
Digital Kodomo BASE has up to 30 laptops and tablets, plus 8 high-end desktop PCs on permanent display.
Laptops & tablets are ideal for programming and basic video editing,
while high-end desktops handle 3D gaming and advanced creative work.
The facility includes the following areas:
1. Learning & Event Area: A space for workshops, seminars, and study sessions.
2. High-End PC Zone: Booths with NVIDIA-equipped PCs for gaming and advanced creative work.
A facility tour reservation is required before your first visit.

Through our "Kodomo PC Bank" program, we collect donated PCs from companies and individuals, and distribute them to children who want to use computers but cannot afford one, as well as nonprofit organizations supporting children (such as children's cafeterias, PTAs, and safe spaces).
Before distribution, we wipe all data, install the OS, and perform basic operational checks.
One donated PC can open the door to learning for a child.
¥30,000 can deliver a PC to one child.
We welcome both PC donations and financial contributions.
We are working to help children learn digital technology and build the skills to shape their own futures.
We welcome donations of money or equipment to support our activities.
¥30,000 can deliver a life-changing PC to one child.
