On the day you make a mistake, you may find yourself replaying the same scene over and over again in your mind. There are days when I'm too hard on myself and wonder, "Why did I do that?"
Feeling low after a mistake does not mean you are weak. It often means you cared about doing things well.
Separate yourself from your mistakes
Just because you made a mistake doesn't mean you're all bad. "I made a mistake in my calculations," "I said the wrong thing," and "I forgot to prepare." Breaking down your mistakes into smaller parts will give you a place to fix them.
just think about the next move
It's okay to not have major regrets on days when you feel down. Next, I decided to change one thing. Tomorrow I'll look at my notes, practice the first sentence, and ask what I don't understand. That's enough.
Pick one mistake, write down the one thing you would change next, and then take a break.
At Digital Kodomo BASE, we value the experience of correcting mistakes. Even on days when you feel down, if you find your next move, you can start moving forward again.
