Why a Lost Day Can Still Become a Treasure Later

A losing day doesn't look like a happy day. It's frustrating and sad, and you might wish it had never happened if possible.

The day you lose can later become the day that changed how you move forward.

Find one reason why you lost

You don't have to look for all the reasons why you lost. Just one is enough. There were things I wasn't prepared for, I was in a hurry, and there were things I didn't know. Once we find the reason, we move on to the next strategy.

It will turn into a treasure later

It's okay if you can't immediately feel positive on the day you lose. After some time has passed, I sometimes think, "It's because of that day."
