When talking online, even if you say "I understand" or "Let's go with that" at the moment, your words may gradually deviate later. Since we don't see each other face-to-face, it's easier to make appointments than I thought.
It's easy to misunderstand what you thought you heard.
Who will do what? How long will it last? Where will it be published? If you just hear these things on the spot, the way you perceive them may change depending on the person. Even if you don't mean anything maliciously, it's easy to feel like you meant something online.
You can confirm that it remains in writing.
Messages, shared notes, short lists. It can be of any shape, so it's a good idea to have it ready so you can refer to it later. If you write it down, you can go back to it if you forget, and if something goes wrong, you can quickly correct it. Strong children don't rely solely on memory.
Next time you make an appointment online, write down at least one sentence of what you decided to do today.
At Digital Kodomo BASE, we also value the way we communicate when cooperating. Writing it down is a way to help everyone.
