Seeing Other People Well Helps You Build Better Work

When making something, being able to make it well is of course a strength. But that's not the only thing that can lead to work. Children who can see what the other person is having trouble with and what would be easier to use are stronger. When you share something you made or care about, it helps to think about how it will be useful to the other person.

Even if you're good at it, if you can't reach it, it's not useful.

No matter how neatly you create something, if it's difficult for the other person to use or if it's difficult to communicate, it won't lead to success. If you have the ability to see others, you will be able to come up with ideas such as, "Maybe this is easier to understand."

The ability to see others is the foundation of your work.

Being aware of the other person's feelings and troubles is not just about being kind. It is also the power to create jobs. A strong child thinks not only about what he or she wants to create, but also about how it will reach the other person.

What you can do today
When creating something, think about "What problems will the people who use it have?"

At Digital Kodomo BASE, we value the ability to see others as much as we value how good we are at making things. Children who can see others will find it easier to find work.
