It's rare that everything goes well from the beginning. That's why children who can "try it first" and "fix it if it doesn't work" when creating a job tend to become stronger. When you share something you made or care about, it helps to think about how it will be useful to the other person.
There are things you can't see just by thinking.
It may seem good before you try it, but you may notice something when you actually show it to them or use it. It's hard to understand, hard to use, and not as useful as I thought. These things often become apparent only after you try them.
Children who can fix things move forward.
If you can fix it after trying it, you can gradually improve it. It is better for a child to think that they have more materials than to be too embarrassed about having to fix something. The ability to create work is closer to the ability to develop while fixing something, rather than the ability to hit it all at once.
Choose one of your existing ideas or works and think about how you would view it if you tried it just once.
At Digital Kodomo BASE, we value trying and fixing things. The ability to create work will also become easier to grow from there.
