do a small experiment
There is no need to start something big for the future. Try making a video. Practice typing. Ask the AI a question and try to correct the answer yourself. Research jobs that interest you. When you do small experiments, you accumulate data inside yourself.
Pick one thing you're a little concerned about and try it out for just 10 minutes. When you are finished, write down one thing that was fun and one thing that was difficult.
