When I'm working hard, I sometimes think, "If I stop, I'll lose." However, the more you keep doing digital work and studying, the better you won't get. In fact, it is easier for children who are able to rest to give their best to the end.
Stopping is not slacking off
If you sit for a long time, your eyes, shoulders, and head will gradually become tired. If you continue as is, you will easily make mistakes in reading, forget to save, become irritated, and lose concentration. A short break is not a time to lose motivation, but to get back up to speed.
It will be easier to come back after a short break
Stand up and drink some water, look out the window, roll your shoulders, and straighten your desk a little. Even just a few minutes can change the way you think. It's the same as someone who can move based on their pace and is stronger on a long road than someone who keeps running all the time.
The next time you start working, decide where you will take a break before you start. The trick is to schedule your days off.
At Digital Kodomo BASE, we value the ability to continue. Taking breaks while moving forward is a great way to avoid giving up.
