It would be ideal if I could do my best every day, but in reality there are days when I feel sleepy, tired, or in a heavy mood. Lowering is not a loss
I was planning to do 10 today, but I decided to do 3, I'll only do some of it instead of all of it, and I'll just do some viewing. Such adjustments are not slacking off. It's just changing form in order to continue. Strong children don't stick to just one way of working hard.
Continuous efforts are more effective for a long time
There are days when it's more important to stay connected than to do everything perfectly. If you have a way to keep it from zero, it becomes easier to come back the next day. Children who can be lowered have the strength to continue for a long time.
