It's okay to have goals only in your mind, but if you keep them to yourself all the time, it can be easy to lose sight of them or forget them. Telling people is not about showing off. Even when it comes to homework and lessons, small steps you do every day can make a big difference later on.
When you put it into words, it becomes easier for you to see it yourself.
When you talk about your goals with others, it becomes easier to organize what you are aiming for and where you are now. Something that was vague may take shape. Just saying it in your own words will make it easier to express your feelings.
Easier to return than alone
Even when things aren't going well, if there's someone to talk to, they'll say, "Oh, by the way, what happened?" ” I sometimes hear people say to me. That alone will make it easier to get back to what you stopped doing. Children who can talk do not keep their goals to themselves.
Just talk about your current goals to someone you trust. It's okay if you don't have to explain it at length.
At Digital Kodomo BASE, we value not only the ability to work hard on your own, but also the ability to continue while connecting with others. Being able to talk helps you keep going.
