You Can Decide How to Use One Hour Today

Your school timetable was decided by someone else. Much of the day can feel like something you don't get to choose.

Even so, about an hour after school is yours to plan. That's where you can practise choosing.

Decide Before You Start

If you decide what to do before you begin, you know you did it when you finish. If you start without deciding, the time just slips by quietly.

It doesn't have to be big. "Draw for thirty minutes." "Go outside today." That's enough practice.

Some days it won't go as planned. You can simply decide again the next day. The more times you decide, the better you get at it.

Time You Chose Stays With You

Time you chose yourself stays in your memory better than time someone told you to spend. As it adds up, you also start to see what you like.

What you can do today
Decide now what you'll do with thirty minutes after school today.

At Digital Kodomo BASE, we value practising how to build your own time.
