Right after a failure, the heart shakes greatly. Embarrassment, frustration, and the wish to quit can all come out at once.
If you try at that moment to answer "what's next" or "what was wrong," it can hurt even more.
First, Make Time to Calm Down
Reflection matters, but when the heart is in a hurry, thoughts tend to turn harsh. Even drinking water, walking a little, or breathing deeply can change the view.
You don't have to decide everything on the day you fail. Thinking after some time has passed makes it easier to find an answer you can actually use.
Later, It Becomes Information
Once you've calmed down, a failure stops being just an unpleasant event. It becomes information: not enough preparation, moved too fast, would have asked differently.
Not answering right away isn't running away. It's preparation for thinking next.
When you fail, don't reflect immediately — first take one minute to breathe deeply.
At Digital Kodomo BASE, we also value not pushing yourself too hard after a failure. The power to think after calming down leads to the power to recover.
